Delivery
BP Coach Training Pte Ltd uses SingPost for all local delivery within Singapore.
We do not currently offer overseas shipping due to the COVID19 situation.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Time
By leveraging on SingPost competitive shipping rates and efficient network, you can be assured of getting your delivery in a timely and cost effective manner.
The shipping cost is dependent on the weight of the goods, and are shown when you Check Out. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Within Singapore : 3 – 5 days
Delivery time may be longer during peak seasons.
International Taxes and Custom Duties
For international deliveries (where applicable), customers are responsible for their local taxes and custom duties, where applicable. Any taxes or duties will have to be paid to the delivery company upon receipt of the goods.
For selected bulky items, we may not be able to ship internationally. Please check with us if you have any queries.
Payment mode
BP Coach Training Pte Ltd accepts payment via Credit card and PayPal services. We accept major Credit Cards like Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Credit cards are processed through PayPal’s secure payment gateway. You do not need a Paypal account to make a credit card payment. Credit cards are the quickest, most efficient way of shopping with us as we are notified of your payment instantly and can start processing your order straight away.

Our secure payment
All transactions made via this website are done via PayPal, which is one of the best known and widely used system in the world. From your Shopping Cart Summary, you are taken directly to the PayPal website, and no third party is involved.
IMPORTANT: We do not obtain or hold any personal financial information other than the payment notification from PayPal. For more information about how secure PayPal is, please refer to PayPal website.
PayPal may charge a card a temporary US$1.00 amount whenever card information is added, edited, updated, or changed. This is an important security feature that is an industry standard for online processing because it allows PayPal to verify that you are the account holder of the card and that the card information is correct. This is commonly referred to as a “pre-authorization.”
However, this charge is only temporary and will never be permanently claimed by PayPal. While each card issuer may vary, the $1.00 will be returned to your card balance. It is not permanent.
Exchange and Refund (for online purchase)
We will make an exchange if the product delivered is faulty or the wrong product is delivered, by accident.
The returned product must come in its original condition and packaging, where applicable. We accept exchanges within 7 days after the customer receives the item. Before returning the product, please email us at sales@bpcoachtrain.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then guide you on the procedure for goods return/exchange. Please do not return goods without first informing us.
For returned goods, the customer will bear the return delivery charge to us and we will pay the delivery charge to send the exchanged item back to the customer. Please ensure that your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Goods returned should be in the same condition as when the complaint was first made or it will not be accepted for exchange.
An exchange is strictly for the same item. If the required item is “currently unavailable”, customers may
